Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your address.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at administrator@davro.io and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total.
